Master of the Art of Living
Life isn't all about WORK, FINANCES, CHURCH, or even FAMILY. It's about all of those things, but they have to be balanced to lead a productive and fruitful life. That's what I do and what this site is all about. If you think you're ready for something different, something BETTER, dive right in and see what I'm all about. If you're not ready for change, think twice. The things I have to say, and the way I live my life might make you uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that change becomes necessary. I help individuals achieve balance through one-on-one and small group coaching. I assist businesses and church by helping their staff balance their lives and become better employees. I conduct lectures and presentations but don't mistake me for a motivational speaker. I'll kick you in the pants if that's what you need. I appear as an expert on "authentic living" in print and television appearances. That's only a general overview. Check out the site for the specs...
What does it mean to be a Master of the Art of Living?
A master in the art of living draws no sharp distinction between his work and his play, his labour and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence through whatever he is doing and leaves others to determine whether he is working or playing. To himself he always seems to be doing both. Enough for him that he does it well.
from Lawrence Pearsall Jacks in his 1932 book “Education through Recreation."
